Todd Anthony Moe was born in Minot, North Dakota on August 15, 1963 to Ardell and Mavis Moe. He attended school at New Town High School and graduated in 1982. Shortly after with the North Dakota oil boom in full swing he went to work in the oil field. Todd eventually went on to help with the family store, New Town Drug, until closing the doors in 1997.
Todd married Janelle Cvancara on January 27, 1996 and they had one daughter and one son. The couple moved to Arizona where Todd went to school for HVAC at the University of Phoenix. He was employed by Scottsdale Healthcare while living in Arizona. The summer of 2004 Todd accepted a position with Mercy Medical Center in Williston until resigning in 2007 due to health complications.
Teaching his boy and girl to hunt and fish were some of Todd's proudest memories. He and Jackson participated in many walleye tournaments.
